The following educational qualifications and experience are required for the various roles:
Manager Positions: Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Fire, IT, Architecture) or Law, or MBA/Post Graduation with at least 03 years of post-qualification work experience.
Junior Executive (Finance): MBA with specialization in Finance or Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant/CFA.
Junior Executive (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 years or 5 years integrated course).
Junior Executive (Operations): Graduate in Science and full-time regular MBA, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Geography/Remote Sensing/GIS/Geomatics.

The age criteria shall be reckoned as on 07.09.2026:
Manager: Maximum age of 32 years.
Junior Executive: Maximum age of 27 years.

Salary Details for Jobs
Candidates selected for these positions will receive competitive pay scales under the IDA pattern:
Manager (Group-A: E-3 level): Rs. 60,000 - 3% - 1,80,000
Junior Executive (Group-B: E-1 level): Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000
Emoluments: In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of basic pay, HRA, and other benefits like CPF, Gratuity, and Medical benefits.
Approximate CTC: Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum for Managers and Rs. 14 Lakhs per annum for Junior Executives.
