Eligibility Criteria: Age and Educational Qualification
Candidates aspiring for the Bank of Baroda Apprentice program must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as of 01.02.2025:
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 28 years
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines. Candidates registered under NAPS should be less than 34 years as on 01.02.2025.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
For candidates registered under NATS, the graduation date should not be more than 4 years preceding 01.02.2025.
Registration on Apprenticeship Portals:
Mandatory registration on either NAPS (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) or NATS (https://nats.education.gov.in).
Other Conditions:
Candidates should not have prior apprenticeship experience with Bank of Baroda or any other organization.
Candidates should not be currently undergoing or have been terminated from any apprenticeship program.
Candidates with one year or more of post-qualification job experience are not eligible.
Selection Process: Online Exam and Language Test
The selection process for Bank of Baroda Apprentices comprises of:
Online Examination:
Objective type test with 100 questions carrying 100 marks.
Sections: General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, and General English (25 questions each).
Duration: 60 minutes.
Medium: Hindi & English (except General English section which will be in English only).
No negative marking.
Minimum qualifying marks to be decided by the Bank.
Merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise based on online exam scores.

Candidates qualifying in the online exam will undergo document verification to confirm eligibility.
Local Language Test:

Stipend Details: Monthly Payments During Apprenticeship
Apprentices engaged in Bank of Baroda will receive a monthly stipend during the 12-month training period. The stipend amount varies based on the branch location:
Metro / Urban Branches: ₹15,000 per month
Rural / Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,000 per month
Stipends are paid monthly after adjustments for Loss of Pay, if applicable. No other allowances or benefits are provided.
