Eligibility Criteria: Career
Candidates for Technician roles must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade with at least 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST). For Supervisor roles, a Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST) is required. Additionally, post-qualification experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in specific fields such as CNC operation, programming, welding, or CMM operation is mandatory as per the post specifications.

The upper age limit for unreserved candidates is 35 years as of December 31, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable as follows:
OBC (NCL): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years

Selection Method: Recruitment 2025
Applicants will be shortlisted in a 1:4 ratio based on their ITI or Diploma aggregate marks. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Document Verification process, followed by a Written Test and a Skill/Trade Test including a Viva. The final merit list will be prepared based on a weightage of 20% for qualifications, 40% for the Written Test, and 40% for the Trade/Skill Test plus Viva.
