Minimum Qualifications Required
Candidates from the UR, OBC, and EWS categories need at least 60% aggregate marks in their degree. If you belong to the SC, ST, or PwBD categories, the minimum requirement is 50%. HAL will not round off your marks. Only full-time courses are allowed for this career opportunity.
Age Limit for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Vacancy 2026
The cutoff date for age calculation is October 17, 2026. General and EWS candidates must be 28 years old or younger.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) get a 3-year relaxation.
SC and ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation.
PwBD candidates receive a 10-year relaxation.
The maximum age limit including all relaxations cannot exceed 56 years.
Salary and Pay Scale for HAL Careers
Selected candidates join in the E0 pay scale. This starts with a basic pay of Rs. 30,000 per month. You also get a 35% cafeteria allowance and Dearness Allowance. If the company does not provide a house, you will get House Rent Allowance based on your city. There is a 3% annual increment on your basic pay.
