Roles and Responsibilities: KHPT Jobs
The Communication and Documentation Officer will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Lead district and taluka-level documentation of all project activities.
Capture trainings, meetings, exposure visits, campaigns, outreach events, and innovations.
Prepare detailed reports, minutes, summaries, process notes, briefs, and case studies.
Document lessons learnt, best practices, and behavioural/empowerment outcomes.
Develop monthly communication plans in coordination with the District Program Lead.
Provide content for newsletters, social media, donor briefs, and presentations.
Create thematic communication materials for observance days.
Support the design, research, field-testing, and rollout of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC), Interpersonal Communication (IPC), and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) tools.
Capture high-quality photos/videos and maintain a captioned photo-video bank with consent forms.
Support the creation of short videos/reels for visibility and reporting.
Build the capacity of Community Organizers (COs), Field Managers (FMs), and Program Officers (POs) on documentation, photography, and reporting.
Coordinate with field teams for timely data, stories, and visuals; conduct regular field visits.
Provide narrative inputs for required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and donor reviews.
