Eligibility Criteria for NALCO Career

Selection Process for Recruitment 2025
The selection of candidates is a two-stage process:

Compensation and Benefits for Engineering Jobs
Selected candidates undergo a one-year training period.
During Training: Candidates are placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 with a starting Basic Pay of ₹40,000.
On Absorption: Upon successful completion of training, candidates are absorbed as Assistant Managers (E1 Grade) in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000 with one additional increment.
Service Bond: Candidates must execute a service agreement bond of ₹3,00,000 (or ₹4,00,000 if trained abroad) to serve the company for at least 4 years after training.
