Selection Process: SAIL Recruitment 2025 Stages

The selection process for Management Trainees (Technical) involves an Online Examination, Group Discussion (GD), and Interview.

    • The CBT will be for 200 marks and consist of two parts:

      • Domain Knowledge Test: 100 marks, 40 minutes duration.

      • Aptitude Test: 100 marks, 80 minutes duration. This part will have four segments: Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness, each carrying 25 marks.

Training and Probation: SAIL Career Development

Selected candidates will undergo one year of training as Management Trainees (Technical). During this period, they will be registered as Apprentices under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961.
