Eligibility Criteria: Recruitment 2026 Career
Age Limit (As of 01.04.2026): Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old. Specifically, they must have been born between April 2, 1996, and April 1, 2005 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation applies as follows:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
PwBD (OBC): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
Essential Academic Qualifications (As of 30.09.2026):
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
Candidates in the Final Year/Semester of their Graduation may apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of passing the graduation examination on or before September 30, 2026.
Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificates or professional qualifications like Medical, Engineering, CA, or Cost Accountant are also eligible.
Selection Process: Career Recruitment 2026
The recruitment follows a three-phase process:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination An objective test for 100 marks consisting of three sections:
English Language (30 Questions)
Quantitative Aptitude (35 Questions)
Reasoning Ability (35 Questions)
Phase-II: Main Examination Consists of an Objective Test (200 marks) and a Descriptive Test (30 marks).
Objective Test: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge, and English Language.
Descriptive Test: Letter Writing & Essay (Communication Skills).
Phase-III: Psychometric Test & Interview
Psychometric Test: Personality profiling.
Group Exercise: 20 marks.
Interview: 30 marks.
