Professor in Sports Management
You need to be an eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals is mandatory. Alternatively, outstanding professionals with a Ph.D. and ten years of industry experience can also apply.
Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO)
This is a leadership role. You must hold a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks. Experience requirements are strict: 15 years as an Assistant Professor (Level 11+) or 8 years as an Associate Professor. If you are coming from an administrative background, you need 15 years of experience, including 8 years as a Deputy Registrar or equivalent. Note that this post is for a five-year term or until age 60.
Librarian
A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with 55% marks is the baseline. You also need a Ph.D. in the same field. Applicants must prove 10 years of experience as a University Librarian or 10 years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science. Evidence of integrating ICT in library services is a must.
