Eligibility Criteria for Vacancy
The educational qualifications and experience required vary by post:
Supervisor (Mechanical): Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7 years of experience OR ITI (NTC) in relevant trades (Welding, Sheet Metal, Fitter, Plumber) with 15 years of experience.
Supervisor (Electrical): Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 7 years of experience OR ITI (NTC) in relevant trades with 15 years of experience.
Supervisor (Finance): Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Management/Administration (BBM/BBA) with minimum 60% marks and 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
Age Limit for Recruitment 2026
The upper age limit is 45 years as of 01 September 2026.

Age relaxation of 3 years is applicable for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC candidates.
